I DIDN'T ALWAYS
LOOK LIKE A PT.
I was the kid who got picked last in PE. Uncoordinated, genuinely unfit, and completely convinced I just wasn't built for it. Exercise was something other people did.
At 22, I started training outdoors on Manly Beach โ nothing structured, just running and bodyweight work every morning. Six months later I barely recognised myself. Not just physically. The mental shift was bigger. Sleeping properly, thinking more clearly, feeling in control of something for the first time in a while.
I became a trainer because I wanted to show people that your starting point doesn't matter. You don't need to have always been fit. You just need a plan, some consistency, and someone who actually knows what they're doing in your corner. Five years and 200+ clients later โ that's still the whole philosophy.
